Central Florida Title is a premiere Florida based Title Insurance and Closing Company. We specialize in closings for Residential, Commercial, Re-Finance, 1031 exchanges, Auctions, for sale by owner (FSBO), and we successfully complete short sale closings regularly. We also provide escrow services for funds that need to be held in trust for our clients.
